Declaración de Realineación del Condado de Nash | Plan de contingencia

En noviembre de 2016, el Condado de Nash por unanimidad votó por dejar Eastpointe y juntarse a Trillium Health Resources. Bajo los Estatutos Generales Del Estado de Carolina del Norte 122C-115 (a3) – el cual estipula que cualquier condado tiene el derecho soberano para alinearse con la MCO de su elección – ex Secretario del Departamento de Servicios Humanos y de Salud (DHHS por sus siglas en Ingles) Brajer aprobó la solicitud de la Junta del Condado de Nash de re-alinearse con Trillium y se fijó una fecha de efectividad para el 1ero de abril de 2017.
Para que Trillium oficialmente comience a proveer servicios en el Condado de Nash, debe finalizarse la firma de un contrato entre el Estado de Carolina del Norte y Trillium, además de otro contrato entre el Estado de Carolina del Norte y Eastpointe. Hasta el 15 de marzo, los contratos están todavía en el proceso de ser firmados.

Debido al retraso de los contratos, y debido al hecho de que Trillium no puede comenzar a prestar servicios hasta que todas las partes firmen dicho contrato, la nueva fecha de efectividad para Trillium comenzar a prestar servicios al Condado de Nash, establecida por el Estado es 1ero de julio del 2017. Trillium está listo para comenzar a proveer servicios inmediatamente después de que todos los contratos estén firmados.

Trillium continúa deseando servir a los residentes del Condado de Nash.

Paper enrollment will be available beginning in April 2017.
