Gov. Cooper has issued a state of emergency ahead of Hurricane Helene. Please follow all instructions shared by your local government officials. While Trillium staff are not considered first responders, we do assist providers and members once any immediate danger has passed. In all areas, 911 should be used for TRUE PHYSICAL HEALTH EMERGENCIES. Trillium staff are not first responders and will not be able to physically attend to emergencies in the community. Trillium’s Member and Recipient Service Line and Behavioral Health Crisis Lines will remain active during Emergency Operations; for business needs, please use staff email instead where appropriate.
