Supported Living 2 & 3 Stakeholder Engagement Meeting

Anyone utilizing Innovations Supported Living Levels 2 or 3, their providers, or families are invited to participate in the quarterly meetings regarding Innovations Supported Living Levels 2 and 3, hosted by UNC Cares. The focus of this meeting will be inclusive living communities, updates on NCDHHS housing initiatives, and remote monitoring.
