- Fully licensed RN or mental health professional fully licensed by the NC governing board regulating a Human Service professions
- Master’s degree in human service field plus one year of experience with the MH/DD/SA population
- Bachelor’s degree in human service field plus two years of experience with the MH/DD/SA population
- Bachelor’s degree in other field plus four years of experience with the MH/DD/SA population
