For Members:
Trillium’s Tailored Care Managers have contacted all members living in the disaster counties. If you have heard from your care manager and are able to respond, please let them know if you have needs.
Flexibilities:
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) is working with state, federal and local partners to help North Carolinians impacted by Hurricane Helene with their healthcare needs. Temporary changes to NC Medicaid will allow people to more easily refill prescriptions early, get medically necessary services, be admitted to nursing homes, and more. Please visit the Temporary Flexibilities in Place for Medicaid Beneficiaries Due to Hurricane Helene Devastation page for more information.
Shelters:
NCDHHS is working with behavioral health providers to get them to many shelters. They can talk to anyone with mental health or substance use conditions. Mobile physical health units also have been sent to help in the shelters. Individuals should ask shelter staff if they need to see one of the providers.

For Providers:
Providers can notify Trillium of service disruptions to members via the Stabilization payment request submission form.
