Increasing Access to Health Care in our Region
Trillium Health Resources supports traveling care vehicles, thanks to funding provided by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services through the federal Substance Abuse Treatment Block Grant. We partner with The Carter Clinic, Coastal Horizons, Holt Assessment Services, Monarch, Easterseals PORT Health, Stephens Outreach Center, RHA Health Services, and Waynesboro Family Clinic for the units to provide a variety of services for people living in many of our counties.
