NC Coalition on Crisis and Alternative Response Summit

Goals of the NCCCAR will include being a hub for idea-sharing, a resource in helping municipalities establish programs to combat social issues with non-enforcement alternatives, a data-collecting/sharing center, an opportunity for research and professional development, and an advocate for equitable services for all citizens.
